What kinds of events can you host?
Every event is built around what you're picturing — anything from two courts and a round of drinks to a corporate House Takeover or a filmed brand campaign.
We host private parties and birthdays, corporate team and wellness days, client entertaining, tournament delivery, brand activations and shoots, and on-court dinners and wellness breakfasts.
We also run coaching for all levels, from 1:1 and group sessions to GB and professional athlete clinics.
It all happens at our Kings Cross flagship, with four covered courts and a fully licensed bar.
Do you run corporate and team events?
Regularly — corporate wellness days, team socials, client entertaining and tournaments are some of our most-loved events, and padel is a brilliant leveller for a team.
Our clubhouse team handles the full organisation: court allocation, coaching, catering, drinks and extras like a DJ or branded touches.
Smaller teams might take one or two courts for an hour; larger groups usually take a full House Takeover with exclusive use of all four courts.

Can I hire the whole venue privately?
Yes — a full House Takeover gives you exclusive use of the clubhouse and courts, so it's just your group, your playlist and your event.
It's a popular choice for milestone birthdays, brand takeovers and larger corporate or member socials.
Submit a booking request with your date, guest numbers and what you have in mind, and we'll come back with a fully costed proposal.
Is food and drink available for events?
Always — it's a key part of a House of Racquet event, from pre-match coffees and functional smoothies to post-match tacos and margaritas.
Our resident chef and bar team have built sharing menus designed for social play: breakfast spreads from £12.95pp, fire-cooked sharing feasts and taco socials, and a Mediterranean sharing table for larger events.
From the bar there is wine, house margaritas, beers and a full no/low and soft drinks range.
Food and drink must be booked in advance, and we cater for all dietary requirements.
How much does an event cost?
It depends on your group size, how many courts and hours you need, and any extras like catering, drinks packages, coaching, a DJ or filming.
As a guide, a Private Party (2 hours, 20 guests) starts from £1,600 + VAT.
You'll get a fully costed quote tailored to your date and numbers once you complete a booking request. Prices are indicative only and subject to change.
Can I book on a specific date?
We'll do our very best to accommodate your preferred date.
Add your preferred dates — and any flexibility on date or time — to your enquiry.
Our events team will check court and venue availability, then confirm or suggest close alternatives if your first choice is taken.
What is the cancellation policy for events?
Once your event is confirmed with payment, the date is held exclusively for you, so our cancellation policy reflects the notice we need to try to rebook that time.
Cancelling more than 4 weeks before your event forfeits 50% of the total charges; less than 4 weeks before, it forfeits 100%.
If we need to amend or cancel for reasons outside your control — weather, maintenance or site conditions — we'll always offer an alternative time or a full refund.
Full terms are set out in your Venue Hire Agreement. Casual court bookings follow our usual 24-hour cancellation window.
Do I need to book an event to hire a couple of courts with friends?
If it's just you and some friends after a regular game within the usual 7-day booking window, book through our booking platform like any other court booking.
Advance bookings (more than 7 days ahead), or groups over the usual 4 people per court, need an event booking.
Larger groups — from around 16 people — will need all four courts, so it's worth getting in touch so we can plan it properly.
